  • Running late?

    Please contact us if you are running late. If you are not physically checked-in within 7 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled.

  • Cancellations

    Cancellations / No-shows

    Please communicate a cancellation of your appointment AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. Failure to communicate a proper cancellation, or repeatedly not showing up will result in being unable to book with us.

  • Skin sensitivities

    We love a good skincare routine! HOWEVER, there are various topical products, treatments, and prescription medications that make your skin more sensitive and vulnerable to lifting. Please refrain from waxing for AT LEAST 2 weeks if you use any of the following: Accutate, Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin, Differin, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, or Alpha Hydroxy Acids.

  • Extra guests

    No other guests are allowed in the suite during your waxing service, with the exception of minors being accompanied by a parent.

  • Keiki

    We strive to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for all our clients. As our suite is located upstairs, we kindly ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate strollers or carriers due to space limitations.

  • Pets

    We love furry friends, but for the comfort and safety of all our clients, pets are not allowed. The only exception to this policy are registered service animals.
